Refund and Returns Policy

Refund Policy:

  • We do not offer refunds for digital products purchased on phishlets.info. However, if there is a technical issue preventing you from using the product, we will strive to fix it or replace it with an equivalent digital product.
  • Requests for replacement or repair of digital products must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Exceptions:

  • Refunds will not be provided if the reason for return is user error in operating the digital product or error in product selection.
  • Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed cannot be returned unless there is a technical issue preventing product use.

Return and Replacement Process:

  • To request a replacement or repair of a digital product, please contact our customer service with proof of purchase and a description of the issue you are experiencing.
  • We will attempt to fix the reported technical issue or provide a replacement with an equivalent digital product if repair is not feasible.
